Chekhov Training Intensive Workshop - Winter Gainesville, Florida
CTI Workshop begins at 9am on Wednesday, December 28, in the University of Florida Constans Theater in Gainesville, FL.
ACTOR and ACTOR/EDUCATOR Tracks run 6-days through Monday, January 2, at 9pm.
NMCA CERTIFICATION Tracks run 7-days through Tuesday, January 3, at 6pm.
Arrange flight travel through the Gainesville Airport allowing for 30-minutes travel to/from hotel/school.

NOTE: Deposits are non-refundable, however they can be used for another CTI session in any location.
A Welcome Package contains information to prepare for the workshop. This is available for download after registration (also emailed by Admin). Pay attention to all online documents and emails for updates and information about the workshop.
Certified Candidates for Actor, Teacher, Director or Designer have additional information to submit and will receive additional documents to read and prepare. These important documents are part of the Certified Programs. Note them carefully.
Pricing on each track is normal tuition (or EarlyBird if before deadline). A charge for the required Michael Chekhov Technique PlayBook is added to the initial tuition. For returning alumni, this charge will be removed from the final balance.
For those wanting to learn NMCA's Michael Chekhov Pedagogy in a week-long intensive workshop. This is for non-certified actors and educators learning the pedagogy, but not certifying as an NMCA Certified Teacher.

This is the official workbook for the Chekhov workshop. All first-time attendees must buy it and the registration system automatically adds it to your totals. The PlayBook will be given on the 1st day of the workshop.Returning Alumni of CTI do not have to repurchase the book. BUT you can buy a new book if you want. Select that here.
NMCA suggests the use of local AirBnB student apartments near campus. There are numerous ones and most are open for this week of the year. NMCA does not manage housing details. We connect students to collaborate on shared housing and transport. You'll find locations that fit your needs, including numerous options near campus.
You should check-in December 27, as we start at 9am the next morning. You should stay either 7-days for Non-Cert Actor Tracks OR 8-days for Certification tracks, traveling the next day for either. We go til 9:30pm on the final Actor night and till 6:00 on final Certification Day. Don't try to fly out after those nights, unless you can get a very late flight.
